Effect of N-terminal Integrase mutations on HIV-1 and MLV viral infectivity. WT or mutant integrase HIV-1 (A) or MLV (B) viral vectors equilibrated to p24 (HIV-1) or p30 (MLV) amounts were incubated with Jurkat cells and infectivity was measured by flow cytometry 3 days after infection.
