In vitro viability (A) and one-step growth curve (B) of PCV12 produced by transfection of PK-15 cells with DNA clone. The in vitro viability and growth characteristics of PCV1 and PCV2 were already evaluated in a previous study [15]. and were only used for comparison here. The infectious titers were determined by IFA according to the Reed-Muench method.
