Colocalization of Pr55GagHIVand DIII-RIgE in membrane-permeabilized insect cells. Sf9 cells were coinfected with AcMNPV-Pr55GagHIV and (A) AcMNPV-DIII-DENV1-RIgE, or (B) AcMNPV-DIII-WNVKun-RIgE, and harvested at 48 hpi. Cells were permeabilized and reacted with monoclonal anti-His6 tag antibody and Alexa Fluor® 488-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG antibody, and rabbit polyclonal anti-Gag antibody and Alexa Fluor® 594-labeled anti-rabbit IgG antibody.
