The N-terminal sequences of the EGF-Env gene were analyzed by PCR using the primers MLV-5'-Env and BS-5. GFP-EMO plasmid DNA was used as a positive control and gave rise to a 900 bp fragment. Predominantly faster migrating fragments were amplified from genomic DNA (gDNA) of GFP-EMO transfected FLY-Jet cells 32 days after transfection.
